All MedNexxa products are digital resources delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital downloads, we are unable to offer cash refunds once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

We stand behind the value of our library. However, If a product you've purchased is not the right fit for your current needs, we invite you to contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will work with you to identify an alternative product or suite of equal or greater value and apply your purchase toward that exchange.
